Payment Policy
100% payment is to be made in advance. Payments can be one only in Indian Rupees and no other foreign currency is accepted.
We offer the following modes of payment for our customers.

* All Visa, Maestro & MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards are accepted
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Hutkey. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
Security
- Hutkey does not collect or store your account information at all.
- Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by our payment gateway and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/Banks directly without any information passing through us.
- However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card or provide bank details on Hutkey?
Yes, it is completely safe to pay on Hutkey using your credit card, debit card or through a bank transfer. We follow RBI guidelines for online payments including using Mastercard 3D Secure PIN and Verified by VISA PIN.
What should I keep handy for my online transaction?
For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OTP.
For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OTP, 3D secure password handy as well.
For Net Banking you need to keep your account number/ Customer Identification number handy.
Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank details on Hutkey?
We do not store any customer credit card or financial information on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers, thus providing the highest level of security while processing your payments.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
- Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 10 working days.
