Nevertheless, we ensure that the order gets processed and is delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.

How Can I Track my order?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the same as well as an SMS alert. A link will be mentioned in the e-mail and you can track the shipment by clicking on the link to get the current status of your order. Do I have to pay any shipping charges?

No, shipments are free of charge. The pricing is inclusive of onsite delivery, which means shipping and delivery of the product is Free Of Cost. Any taxes or Octroi are borne by Hutkey.

Will all the items be delivered at the same time?

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

What if I do not like the product, can I cancel the order or exchange the product?

We work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.
